華星東方承建的上海市崇明生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目二期煙氣凈化工程于2021年10月4日通過72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Chongming, Shanghai waste incineration plant Phase II passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on October 4, 2021.
該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾500噸。焚燒線采用1臺(tái)500t/d機(jī)械爐排爐。煙氣凈化采用爐內(nèi)SNCR＋旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法＋碳酸氫鈉干法＋活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵器工藝＋SGH+SCR催化脫硝的處理工藝，為我司EP工程。
The plant capacity is 500 t/d of domestic solid waste. One 500 t/d mechanical grate furnace is adopted for the incineration line. The FGC adopted the treatment process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + sodium bicarbonate dry + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SGH + SCR catalytic denitration. This is an EP project of Huaxing.
